Our Canadian brethren have been cooking up something big for the fall season with Ransom. I got to have a sneak peak while I was in L.A. and the brands first stab of footwear, and was pleasantly surprised at how much the shoes didn’t look like Adidas. Ransom have joined with the footwear mogul to design, develop and produce a full line of footwear for Ransom’s fall/winter collection including this pair of hiking boots we can barely see. The hiker is probably my favorite of the models, but the sneaker range looked solid too. As you might guess, they are pretty basic and striped down in their aesthetic but still good. It should be an interesting fall for Ransom as they take things to a new level.

With a slew of Ransom by adidas Originals previews emerging over the last month or so, an un-seen model yet to surface features the simple high-top design known as the Valley. The little details seen include a shiny leather upper with leather liner. A total of four models are on deck but still no news regarding a release.
